Kuwait's KFAED to offer USD51 m to Argentina


(MENAFN) Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) will give Argentina as much as USD51 million under an agreement to finance the construction of the Reconquista aqueduct in the central Santa Fe province, according to Qatar News Agency



State news agency KUNA quoted KFAED: "The aqueduct project will provide Reconquista residents of at least six villages and surrounding residential complexes with high quality fresh water.



The loan will be spent on providing the project with infrastructure work.



Including this loan, Argentina will be receiving two loans from KFAED totaling USD85 million to finance water and road projects.
