Tremor Jolts Southern Iran


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) An earthquake measuring 4.1 degrees on the open-ended Richter scale shook late on Tuesday the surrounding areas of Kang in southern province of Hormuzgan in Iran.



A report, released by the Seismography Center of Tehran Universitys Geophysics Institute showed that the epicenter tremor was at 26.93 degrees latitude and 54.89 degrees longitude, according to Iran's (IRNA) News Agenc



There are no immediate reports on possible damage and casualtie
