Suwar al Dahab Hails Role of Qatar in the Field of Islamic and Humanitarian Work


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Organization of the Islamic Dawa Field Marshal Abdel Rahman Suwar al-Dahab has praised the distinguished role played by the Emir, government people of Qatar in support of charitable and humanitarian work and in serving the Islamic nation's issues at various forums and at all levels . In an exclusive interview with Qatar News Agency (QNA) on the occasion of his current visit to Qatar, Suwar Al Dahab said the State of Qatar under the leadership of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and previously HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani has opened its doors for charitable activities and devoted its efforts to serve the issues of the nation and to help the needy and those affected by crises and disasters in the Arab and Islamic countries and beyond. He also praised the support provided by the State of Qatar to the Organization of Islamic Dawa's office in Doha, noting in this regard that the organization has successful partnerships with charities and humanitarian foundations in the country. Field Marshal Suwar al Dahab said the distinguished Qatari role in the field of charitable work embodies the response of philanthropists and benefactors in Qatar to charitable work under all circumstances and at all times. Suwar al Dahab also commended the continued support and assistance provided by Qatar to Sudan praising in this context the favours of HH the Father Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani to Sudan and and the Organization of the Islamic Dawa
