Airbus wins USD375m order from new Saudi carrier


(MENAFN) France-based Airbus announced that it won an order from a new airline is Saudi Arabia, Times of Oman reported



The aircraft manufacturer said that it won a USD375 million from SaudiGulf for four A320 jets to be delivered early next year



The president of the holding group that owns SaudiGulf said: "The A320 is the ideal machine for our company, offering a perfect combination in terms of performance, reliability ... as well as a high-level of comfort for passengers.



SaudiGulf will commence flights in early 2015 and with operations initially out of Dammam, then Jeddah and Riyadh
