(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Cassation Court, chaired by Judge Faisal Khureibet, postponed deliberations on the State Security case filed against former MPs Falah Al-Sawagh, Khalid Al-Tahous and Bader Al-Dahoum for uttering statements deemed offensive to the entity of HH the Amir. The hearing was postponed until a decision is taken on the request of the defense panel to change the court that will look into the petition. It has been reported the accused made the offensive statements when they participated in a seminar organized by former MP Salem Al-Namlan in Jaber Al-Ali
