(MENAFN- Qatar News AHE Attorney General Dr. Ali Bin Fetais Al-Marri issued a decision to establish a prosecution dealing with environmental and municipal cases.
The decision stipulated that the competent body, which shall be set up in the Public Prosecution, is named the environmental and municipal prosecution and will be headed by senior prosecutor assisted by a sufficient number of members.
It also stated the environmental and municipal prosecution will be part of the organizational structure of the Public Prosecution and its jurisdiction will be the entire territory of the State of Qatar and its territorial waters. gency)
