Dubai's Emirates signs agreement with Germany's Lufthansa


(MENAFN) Dubai"s Emirates has announced the signing of a ten-year agreement with German rival Lufthansa to renew the landing gear of Boeing 777-300ER fleet, according to Arabian Business



The new agreement between the two parties will take place at Lufthansa Technik's unit in Hayes on a non-exclusive basis



Adel Al Redha, Emirates' executive vice president and chief operations officer, said: "Emirates being the 777-300ER worldwide fleet leader, our requirements for landing gear overhauls are strategic as they become due every ten years on each aircraft in accordance with the maintenance program.
