Israel Allows 230 Aid Trucks into Gaza


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Israeli occupation authorities decided today to partially open the Karam Abu Salem crossing to allow the export of one truck loaded with spicy green to Europe and the entry of 230 trucks loaded with aids and goods for the commercial, agricultural and transportation sectors.



Head of the Coordination Committee for entry of goods in the Gaza Strip Raed Fattouh said that Israel also allowed the entry of 27 trucks loaded with gravel for UNRWA projects and the pumping of quantities of industrial diesel for Gaza power plant, transportation fuel and cooking gas through the terminal.



The occupation authorities opened the crossing yesterday and allowed the export of three trucks loaded with flowers, cherry tomatoes and spices to Europe and the entry of 166 trucks loaded with aids and goods for the commercial and agricultural sectors.



Quantities of industrial diesel for Gaza power plant, transportation fuel and cooking gas were also pumped through the crossing
