The company has already received six proposals with bids starting from USD322 million
The project will include 200 shops, 4,000 parking bays, two anchor department stores, a nine-screen cinema and six medical clinics
Nakheel Mall will be located at the heart of The Palm, at the northern end of the island's trunk
