Arabtec to form new subsidiaries


(MENAFN) UAE's Arabtec Holding said that it is forming units to help enable the company to offer financial advisory services and help it invest across industries, Times of Oman reported



The board approved setting up five subsidiaries at its latest meeting, the company announced



They will focus on investments in infrastructure, real estate, trains, airports, power, water, and energy in and outside the UAE



Head of institutional sales and trading at Naeem Holding in Dubai said: "Arabtec is embarking upon an aggressive growth strategy.
