During the meeting, they discussed the current developments in the region as well as means of enhancing cooperation between Jordan and European Union countries
The meeting dealt with the latest developments in the Middle East, especially efforts to achieve peace and end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict according to the two-state solution and international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab peace initiative
They also tackled the ongoing crisis in Syria
