Man cheats disabled brother: Police are looking for an unidentified Kuwaiti man who is believed to be abroad for betrayal of trust and cheating on his physically disabled brother, reports Al-Rai daily. A complaint in this regard has been filed by the victim's Arab wife at a local police station.
