UAE's Etihad Airways signs deal with Boeing, Total


(MENAFN) Etihad Airways plans a big deal with airplane manufacturer Boeing and French petroleum company Total that aims to improve the UAE"s aviation biofuel industry, according to Gulf News



Under the deal, the two foreign companies will provide Etihad Airways, Abu Dhabi-based Masdar Institute and ADNOC subsidiary Takreer with a sustainable and commercially viable biofuel product by 2019



Richard Hill, Etihad"s Chief Operating Officer, said the venture was at least five years away from producing commercially viable biofuel
