(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police are looking for an unidentified person for breaking into the vehicle of a Kuwaiti woman which was parked in front of her home in Salmiya and stealing her laptop computer, smart phone and personal items, reports Al-Rai daily. Personnel from the Criminal Evidences Department have lifted fingerprints to identify the culprit
