To support Just Falafel's dynamic growth in the world's largest consumer market, Jim Joy has been appointed as CEO of the newly-formed Just Green Restaurants, Just Falafel's exclusive developer for New York. Joy joins Just Green Restaurants from the Burger King Corporation, where he spent more than 30 years in a number of key roles
