(MENAFN- Arab Times) An unidentified member of the Municipal Council was recently quoted as saying a detailed report which had been prepared by the Kuwait Municipality concerning excesses and violations committed by senior officials will be handed over to the new Minister Essa Al-Kandari, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added, the report was prepared upon instructions from the former Minister of Municipality Salem Al-Utheina
