He indicated that Kuwait Fire Service Directorate has formed an investigation committee to determine the cause of the fire. Meanwhile, a source from KFSD explained that a minor fire broke out in a room in the Failaka building of Bayan Palace. The fire was extinguished in record time before it spread to other rooms
