HTC One Smartphones showcase stunning Emirati Cultural Expressions at Gulf Photo Plus

(MENAFNEditorial) Demonstrating the incredible image-capturing capabilities of the HTC One smartphone family, HTC Corporation opened a photography exhibition last night at Gulf Photo Plus in Al Quoz, Dubai. The exhibition, which will run until January 11, 2014, features photographs captured during a recently-held HTC Photowalk, during which 36 photographers were guided by Gulf Photo Plus professionals while using the HTC One, HTC One mini and HTC One max smartphones to shoot scenes around a traditional bullfight in Fujairah.

The photographers on the Photowalk were split into groups, who collectively submitted photographs for the exhibition. Images taken by Rajesh Loganathan and Aamir JahanZeb, of group 12, were chosen as the event's winning pictures. Both Rajesh and Aamir received a new HTC One smartphone in the range's latest colour, Champagne Gold

Neeraj Seth, Senior Brand Communications Manager, HTC, MEA said: "The HTC Photowalk was a huge success, as the images on display at our exhibition demonstrate. Each photograph is an example of the dynamic image-capturing capabilities of the HTC One family, which have some of the highest camera specs available on not only smartphones, but on conventional cameras, too. Our congratulations go to Rajesh and Aamir, whose incredible photography talents have won them each a brand new HTC One in Champagne Gold.

Launched with the HTC One smartphone earlier this year, the new HTC Ultrapixels camera with HTC Zoe revolutionized the way in which people capture, relive and share moments. HTC Zoe allows high-resolution photographs to come to life in 3-second snippets, which are then displayed in a unique gallery. HTC Ultrapixels takes photography to the next level, with a new breakthrough sensor that gathers 300 per cent more light than a traditional camera sensor.

The HTC Photowalk exhibition will be open at Gulf Photo Plus' gallery from 10am-7pm on weekdays and 10am-6pm on weekends.
