(MENAFN- Arab Times) Personnel from the Criminal Investigation Department have referred a Kuwaiti youth for interrogations for allegedly cheating a compatriot girlfriend and taking KD 20,000 from her with false promises, reports Al-Shahed daily.
In her complaint to the police the victim said the suspect works with her and promised to marry her.
He then took the money allegedly to prepare for the marriage and after getting the money switched off his cell phone.
