(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Bank employees who were terminated from their banks and financial institutions will not be re-employed any more.
The UAE Central Bank has informed the banks and financial institutions that it has developed an electronic system designed to protect the banking sector from the appointment of persons, whose services have been terminated by banks and other financial institutions for reasons related to professional integrity and other reasons which will be clearly specified in the system.
''The system will enable the banks to inquire and ensure that candidates for jobs offered by them are not within the list of persona non grata, which will contribute to the appointment of those with appropriate personal qualities at the UAE banking sector and reduce future potential risks," said a circular issued by the UAE Central Bank.
