Etihad buys 5 aircrafts from Air India


(MENAFN) UAE-based Etihad Airways has purchased five used aircrafts from Air India to help it meet its demands while its order of new planes is delivered, Arabian Business reported. Etihad paid purchased the 777-200LRs for USD350 million and will take on existing loan payments. Air India originally purchased the planes for between USD115 million and USD120 million each.
