(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti man in his 30s was apprehended for spreading panic in Al-Oyoun by firing shots in the air, reports Al-Rai daily. Police rushed to the area and caught the man in possession of two pistols. They discovered he held a criminal record and was wanted by law for a previous offense. He was interrogated before referral to the Sentences Enforcement Department.
