(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Pacific Ventures recently announced that it has been tapped to develop a range of luxury villas and townhouses at Dubai Lifestyle City.
Titled 'Pacific Emerald,' the development will feature opulent villas and townhouses to be serviced by JW Marriott Residences. Pacific Ventures will begin construction in January 2014 with completion estimated after two years of launch.
The two-cluster development is estimated to cost Dh500 million, which will include 27 premium villas and 43 upscale townhouses on plot #5, and a further 26 opulent house on plot #6. A luxury villa will have 5115sqf, while a townhouse will have a 4025sqf.
