(MENAFN- Arab Times) A Kuwaiti man, whose identity has not been disclosed, has filed a complaint with the police accusing an unidentified person of stealing his car and breaking into another car and stealing KD 310, reports Al-Anba daily. The description of the vehicle has been circulated to all police patrols and checkpoints.
