Kuwait Satisfied With Oil Market Situation


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Kuwait Deputy Premier and Minister of Oil Mustafa Al-Shimali said Tuesday his country was "entirely satisfied" with the current state of the global oil market. The fundamentals of the supply-and-demand mechanism have generally recovered equilibrium," he said upon arrival to take part in the 164th Ordinary Meeting of the Conference of the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) scheduled for tomorrow "The oil market enjoys a state of equilibrium at present; it suffers from neither shortage nor redundancy of supplies," Al-Shimali added, according to the Kuwaiti news agency KUNA.
